Our puppies are all up to date on vaccinations, vet checked and dewormed. They also come with a one year health guarantee at one of our participating vets. Since this is one of the breeds we specialize in, we source our puppies from many different breeders so we can try to always have chihuahua puppies available to our customers. This does not mean we have these pups all the time. Afterall, our breeders do not breed their dogs year round.

**Please note: Our chihuahua puppies are toy sized. At maturity, they will be 5-10 lbs. Teacup puppies are not a standard breed of dog. They are bred in certain ways to make sure that they stay small.

Beware of Teacup Puppies!

Although having a teacup puppy that can sit in the palm of your hand sounds adorable, there are many other issues and problems that can arise from having one.

Because there is no official breed standard of teacup puppies, these dogs are bred by trial and error to be very, very small. This process leads to bones so tiny and fragile that they may be susceptible to breaks when your puppy so much as jumps off of the couch.

Teacup puppies are typically not kept in the mother’s womb as long as a normal sized puppy. They are born earlier to ensure that they are smaller. If you know anything about pregnancies and birth, you must know that in order for a puppy to be born healthy, it must be carried full-term to ensure that it is fully developed.
